Comedy divas Goretti Chadwick and Anapela Polataivao (aka Pani and Pani) team up with Auckland Theatre Company to bring you WE CAN’T PAY! WE WON’T PAY! by Dario Fo, adapted by Vela Manusaute.

Rita and Nia have had enough! They raid the local supermarket with the other mummas, making off with anything they can grab. Crazy antics follow as our hapless heroines try to hide shopping bags of booty from their dimwitted husbands and the community constable bent on tracking them down.

Fortunately Saint Ulalala, the great god of the Pacific, comes to their aid with immaculate conceptions and miracle births!
